What does sobriety look like?
When does resistance turn into routine?
At some point, committing to change challenges almost everyone. The starting is hard; maintaining it is harder.
At first, novelty does the carrying—the honeymoon of fresh starts and clean slates. Then reality sets in: broken diets, abandoned gym memberships, and well-being apps pinging with guilty reminders. Keeping up isn’t easy.
But somewhere, there’s a tipping point.
When does resistance turn into routine?
When does ‘no’ begin to feel like ‘yes’?
The road to your own sobriety, however that looks, isn’t all that different.
What battles are you fighting? Picture the curve—the uphill grind to a tipping point, then the slide into acceptance. Stick with it. I’m hoping the downhill part is easier.

P.S. I still drink—because I want to. For me, it's about being more responsible and being able to turn off when the need shifts from enjoyment to habit. Thanks for being here.
