I’ve been spinning Wiki Roulette daily since the post. Five times—it has to be five, not four, or one more if the results weren’t great. You’ll understand why.

Yann Martel’s 2001 novel—Man Booker Prize winner, ten million copies sold—yep, ten million.
It follows Pi Patel, a sixteen-year-old Indian boy who survives 227 days adrift in the Pacific on a lifeboat with a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker. Rejected by five London publishers before it found a home. Barack Obama later wrote to Martel, calling it “an elegant proof of God, and the power of storytelling.”
Martel said it can be summarised in three lines: “Life is a story. You can choose your story. A story with God is the better story.”
I haven’t read it. I will, though.
